Our Mission

Who We Are

Inspiration Ranch is a 501c3 non-profit organization that provides encouragement and personal benefits  to those who have been isolated from friends and family due to symptoms of their mental illness(es) like schizophrenia.  It is founded by the inspiration of God and built on Christian values and faith.  This inspiration was given to  Jenni Walker, our founder, as she observed the incredible changes in the life of her loved-one who had been suffering from the debilitating symptoms and effects of schizophrenia and severe depression for over 20 years.  God revealed that there are many others who suffer like this and that He wants to work through us to help them.  We have various programs that allow us to assist our members in different ways.  Each of our programs is designed to encourage our members on an individual basis in hopes to bring him or her to a closer relationship with self, family, friends, God and society in general.

Please check out our individual programs on our Programs page.

What We Believe

The attention is on the person with the illness, not on founders or the organization itself.  Inspiration Ranch will be built by the Lord as He leads and instructs His workers.  It is for His glory and to show us His love for them.  We believe that the Holy Scriptures are the inerrant Word of God, and as it explains, Jesus is the only Son of God who became human to perfectly bear the penalty of our sins so that by following Him, we can inherit eternal life with Him as children of God.  As Christians, we recognize that no human is perfect, yet we are called to “love one another”.  Those who have become homeless or rejected due to their mental illness have been deprived of that love.  With our hearts focused on Him, we can do this simple task.
